Construction Update May 2025

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates from Parkside Residences in Yeronga — our vision is quickly taking shape!

Exciting progress is evident across the development; for instance, internal painting, plumbing, and electrical fit-off are now complete at Lot 22 Currawong CTS, with final landscaping well underway.

Meanwhile, framing to the triplexes is complete at Lot 10 Villa CTS, and roofing is now underway too.

Our vision is rapidly becoming a reality, with anticipated completion dates for key stages of this extraordinary development on the horizon.
